Homemade Yogurt

I have seen my Mom make homemade yogurt a million times, but have never made it myself. I was very hesitant at first. I dunno why because it's not a rocket science. It's pretty easy.

1/2 liter of milk
1-2 ladlefuls of already made yogurt ("starter milk")

Heat up milk in pot and let it come to boil. Then let is cool down completely before you add the starter milk in.
Keep the yogurt in oven/microwave for atleast 3 hours to allow it to settle in. Then keep yogurt refrigerated.

It was that easy! Now, if only we can find a cheesecloth/muslin cloth around here, so that we can try out the homemade paneer!
