Fresh Grape-Pomegranite Juice

We are turning up the notch in the health department. After much pestering and begging from Bhavnesh, I am finally buying fresh fruit. If you did not know this about me, then you know now how much I despised fruit. I did not like the smell, taste or anything about fresh fruit. The closest to fruit I would ever consume was bottled fruit juices. Bhavnesh is the complete opposite and loves fruit. So, it comes as no surprise that I must slowly inch my way to atleast tasting whatever fruit he is having. I am all game except for one exception- Bananas! I refuse to eat or even sit beside someone who is eating a banana. The smell makes me gag!

Okay, enough about my phobia with fruit. Bhavnesh has been making some fresh fruit juices, while I observed. This one is his recipe for the juice we will be having tonight.

1 bunch of red grapes
3 pomegranites
1 lemon, juiced

1. Remove the seeds from the pomegranite.
2. Process the pomegranite seeds with the grapes.
3. Strain the juice out. Add the lemon juice and mix well.
4. Serve juice chilled and enjoy!

It's so quick and easy. He made another type of juice earlier, using the same technique. He replaced the red grapes with oranges and added a bit of mango juice. I love mango juice, and it was absolutely refreshing and delicious!
