2 avocados
1 packet of Guacemole mix
1/4 onion, diced
1/2 bell pepper, diced
1 fresh jalapeno pepper, deseeded and diced (optional)
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp green chili paste
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt per taste
- Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Spoon the good stuff in the insides into a bowl.
- With a fork, mash the avocado until smooth and no lumps remain.
- To the bowl, add the salt, green chili paste, garlic paste, onions, bell peppers, freshly diced jalapenos (if using), guacemole mix and chopped cilantro and mix well.
- Add the lemon juice at the end to help the guacemole retain its fresh green color.
- Refrigerate atleast 30 minutes before serving.
